Q: Does it stain your pillows if you don’t wash it out before going to bed?

I can notice transfer to my pillow cases after a few sleeps with it in. But it has always come out in the wash, even with my white pima cotton pillow cases.

Q: Is this item made in us or uk?

The UK, and leaves white residue, terrible...spend more and get from the US

It’s mistaken info about tattoo ink! But this dry shampoo is VERY dark. Unless you have black hair it is probably TOO dark. My hair is dark brown and after spraying this on it looked like there was black ash in it! Had to shampoo anyway. But I have a Japanese friend who I gave it to, and she likes it. Wish they would make a brunette dry shampoo like the one no longer available from John Frieda! It was just the right shade.

I dont know that this will answer your question but, honestly I don't know why the caps are white, clear, or dark brown (on mine). I also have different shapes of the caps. The spray seems to be the same in each of them as far as I can tell. I wouldn't worry too much about the colored caps or the shape of them either.
