Very handy
Excellent products exceeding expectation

Versatile and useful
I used it for my phillips radio and it worked fine. No heating issues and output is stable. The multi-pin option makes it usable for other devices too. Great value for money.

Faulty product and no returns
I have purchased this item, which never worked. I also bought a charger from Amazon thinking it will help, which also didn’t help. Now amazon refuses to take back the charger. When reported amazon has replace the transistor. Same problem. Called help line they told me to use everyday batteries. Which I did. No response, it doesn’t 3ish switch on. Now the day the call centre says I must go to the service centre, since it is a hand held equipment. It will now cost 600 for the auto far and half a day time. Do I need all this, Amazon please wake up, if you stopped taking returns make sure you don’t cheat the customers. Greatfull if you can look into this and refund. After 10 days I have to give you a review again. As per instructions of the call centre I have been trying to call the service centre. No one answers the phone. Looks like this is an other scam. It is time that amazon and seller wake up , I have paid about 1000 for this waste. Consumers please stay away from products where there is no return policy.

Not working with Philips radio 🙄
The product seems to be working because the indicator light is turning on, but it doesn't turn the radio on, means no power for the radio to turn on. Not sure if its the adapter or the radio that's the problem. Bought it after reading reviews and q&a and it is mentioned that it can power a radio. Disappointed 😞. UPDATE: The adapter I received is of 5 volt instead of 3 volt,(checked with a multimeter) the reason it is not working with the radio, which needs only 3 volt. The funny thing is that it is mentioned as 3 volt in the sticker on the adapter. TO THE COMPANY THAT MAKES THE ADAPTER, "HEC", please check the item before sticking things on it to avoid damaging others equipment.👎
