Provides excellent support in addition to being very comfortable. The pouch appeared large at first, but I found that it is actually a more ideal design for adequate room and coverage without sacrificing function. Pouch is also made of breathable material that isn't itchy as is the case with some other brands. Waistband is an ideal width (not too wide or narrow), and the leg straps stay in place. Plan to purchase at least 1 more.

A: I am not sure if this comes in a multi pack but I know that you are able to order it as a single item.

**Q: Who has suport ware for big persons**
A: Shock doctor has XL and XXL sizes - although I am personally not big like that so I  wouldn't be able to say how well they operate in the large sizes

I just received the product. It feels good and seems like it will do the job. However, the packaging is absolutely ridiculous. I assume it’s packaged this way so it can’t be shoplifted, but this was mail ordered!! Took a knife, scissors, and a lot of screaming and cursing to open. They should lose this sealed plastic packaging!!
