MetagenicsMeta I 3 C® – Stabilized Indole-3-Carbinol – 180 servings

I have been using this product on the advice of my doctor since I was in perimenopause; so about 8 years now. I am 3 years post menopause and I still take it twice a day with meals. It balances my hormones completely naturally and lessens the amount of estrogen in my body. I am ashamed to say that a couple of months ago, I came off all my supplements to “reset” my body (rookie error at the age of 54), which resulted in me having a bit of a breakdown at work for no apparent reason. My wonderful (male) boss sent me home for the remainder of the week as he thought I was hurtling into depression. I went back on the I-3-C quite quickly and was better within days. This product has been a Godsend to me and I cannot recommend this supplement and its benefits highly enough and simply want to spread the word to other women of a certain age suffering like I did. Finally, I’d like to add that you should definitely purchase the Metagenics brand as quality matters. Great, product! Thanks to my doctor for recommending these vitamins. It has helped me out in so many ways!! If these are recommended by your doctor, please take them. It takes times but not that long!

It's nice to be able to purchase these from Amazon instead of having to order them through our doctor's office. It is a much better value here as well. These work great for my husband when he gets testosterone treatments to keep his estrogen levels down.

I like this brand over all of the other I-3C brands. Hard to get though.
