Yes, this push to talk button works with ESChat.

Q: Will this work if I have another Bluetooth headset paired with my phone at the same time?

Yes I use this with an LG Platinum headset and it works great!

Q: Will this ptt button also work with voxer?

I haven’t tested it with voxer but if you go on www.pryme.com you can see which ptt button supports voxer

Q: Does it work with an android motorola? i see the one answer but an ad says it does work with androids.
