Good for the mood in the morning.
This product as others of the same brands require take little by little and try from small to bigger dose. The first two weeks I took make me very depressed and with insomnia until I changed for one only in the morning. I continue buying because it’s available in amazon. The customer of this seller never answer my emails personalized with what I told them I was experience this for me is poor care of clients but the quality of product is good. I match this now with fit9 in the morning and my sleeping time and mood is but to normal I feel my mind fresh with a lot of motivation to do more things than normal.
