I am very sorry that I ordered this package. While there is written a straw is included in it, it is not there!

5 star product with a 4 star rating due to price!! I love this product and the tumbler that it goes with but I do think it is very over priced. $10.00 for a replacement lid, I think is a lot. Maybe the price could come down if you don't include the straw. That is something that the buyer can supply themselves for pennies.

I don't use the straw, I use just the main tab to open and close, and the rubber material that seals is great. I got this for one tumbler that I really like, but the size was wrong. Which I was frustrated about but I found an old tumbler in the house that this fits perfectly on (ozark trail 20oz)And this is great, it doesn't spill, the lid I open and close plenty of times, I have only had cold beverages in it so far, so I usually only throw in cold brew coffee, some ice, sugar and some milk/cream, etc. in there, and it stays cold all day, then in the afternoon I might swap to pop/soda. Throw that in there, and it stays cold all day.The ice melts slowly, and no issues with spills or pours, The rubber seal on the large lid had some odd peeling away happening from repeated opening and closings, but I cut a little bit of it off, and it still seals properly and doesn't leak its just fantastic.Oh plus I love the fact that you can snap the large sipping lid to the outside lid and it stays open so you don't have to hold it open with your nose. but the straw lid can flap close, but it also has a great seal too.Overall great purchase, I just wish it fit my 24oz tumbler I got that I love.

The product is of very good quality. But the dimensions are NOT what is listed. I purchased to fit a mug that I broke the lid on - thinking it was 3.5". But it's not - it is about 3" instead. The straw isn't even the same length as listed. Just be aware that the dimensions are different. If your mug is 3" - it's a good product.

I purchased my original Reduce, 24 oz. tumbler approximately eight months ago, and I was so happy to find I could replace the straw and top. I just wish I could have purchased one top and at least three straws, but they are not packaged in that way. I am going to purchase more reusable straws soon.
