Good quality well designed
This insole has made my ordinary shoe into a high quality orthopedic footwear. I am a sports person and a fitness freak, and often need longer hours of workout that is quite tiring for the feet. Ever since I’ve started using this I feel less foot fatigue. Overall I am a happy customer.

Best insert for excercise
I bought them as replacement for my Asics original inserts as they were worn out. I have put these thru HIIT, Running, Stair climbing, Gym work outs, long walks and they remained comfortable and never gave me pain or any other issue. So I totally recommended for exercise. You may have to let them adjust for a day or two but other than no problem what so ever.

Best insert so far
These are the best inserts I've tried so far. One thing to remember about all inserts like this is they are not cushiony, they are meant to provide arch support and relieve pain. These do that job very well and I can get a good walk in with them, 2 miles so far and they kept my feet from hurting. Definitely recommend these.
