It does not have shake wake. But overall its a decent sight used and abused on my Gen 3 glock 17

Does it fit a taurus gx4 toro?

It does not fit the GX4 toro as the GX4 has an rmsc footprint while this fits a Docter/Noblex/Vortex Viper footprint

The Glocks are cut for RMR dots so you’ll need an adapter plate. It has the same footprint as a Burris Fastfire.
