Nice Purse, good customer service
The design of this purse was what I was looking for. Sadly, I had some quality issues with the initial purse with the zipper detaching (it may have had some stitching issues). I wrote to Naturalive and they were quick to get back to me with directions to return the damaged purse and replace it with a new one. I was worried that dealing them could be a potential hazard, but it was not. So far so good for the replacement, love the design, and happy with how things turned out.

Amazing
It is the perfect size and the leather feels great. I am only taking one star off because what I assume is the oil they distress it with was in weird patches on the bag and strap. But aside from that it is great quality and perfect in every other way

DESCRIPTION SAID LEATHER, it is leather but a suede finish I did not want.
Color look nothing like the red in the pictures ,way lighter and almost a pink color I did not want,,,,I am giving 2 stars only because it is a well crafted purse.I would have ordered black if I new the color diff :(

Great little purse
It is a beautiful, practical purse. It's only a little bit too small for me. But I just love it and used it all the time.

Ages gracefully
This is my 2nd purchase in a different color. The leather gets softer and more unique the longer you have it. I love it. I'm sure this one will break in as well as my other color did. Color online not exactly as shown.
