Himalaya Purifying Neem & Turmeric Cleansing Bar Soap,Bath Soap Bars,6 Pack

I bought this for my trip to Missouri in hopes it would help reduce mosquito encounters. For the most part I think it worked, I had very few bites by the time I returned home; mosquitos usually love me. The soap did not cause me to break out and let me feeling clean. The price is also reasonable.

As someone who grew up in a household where the sharp, clean scent of Zest soap was a daily sensory backdrop, discovering the Himalaya Purifying Neem & Turmeric Cleansing Bar was like stumbling upon childhood memories. Yet, what makes this experience truly remarkable is how the cleansing bar manages to evoke such nostalgia while omitting the harsh ingredients that often accompany traditional soaps. The first thing you notice when unwrapping the Himalaya Cleansing Bar is the scent. It's a familiar freshness that takes you back to those early mornings and the invigorating start of a new day. It's reminiscent of Zest, but there's something more to it – a subtle earthiness and a hint of herbal warmth that comes from its natural ingredients. The neem and turmeric do more than just add to the olfactory experience; they bring with them a promise of purity and therapeutic benefits that conventional soaps lack.Unlike Zest's zestful yet chemical-laden fragrance, the Himalaya bar offers a cleaner and more grounded aroma. It doesn't assault your senses; instead, it greets them like an old friend, with a gentle reminder of days gone by. The scent is soft enough not to overpower but distinct enough to leave a delicate impression long after your shower. The lathering of the Himalaya Purifying Neem & Turmeric Cleansing Bar is another aspect where it stands out. It produces a rich, creamy foam that feels luxurious between your fingers. It's a stark contrast to the more astringent lather of traditional soaps, which can strip your skin of its natural oils. The Himalaya bar's lather is a testament to its balanced formulation; it cleanses effectively without leaving your skin feeling dry or tight. Instead, you're enveloped in a cocoon of moisture, ensuring that the cleansing process is as much about nourishment as it is about purity.Thhos cleansing bar's lather washes off with ease, leaving no residue, just clean and soft skin that feels hydrated and cared for. It's as if the bar knows just how much our skin yearns for gentle treatment, especially given the harshness of some childhood memories when it comes to skincare. The Himalaya Purifying Neem & Turmeric Cleansing Bar is a wonderful juxtaposition of the past and the present. It captures the essence of a family-favorite brand from yesteryears without the harsh ingredients, and infuses it with the goodness of natural elements that cater to modern skin health awareness. The lather is a creamy dream, a far cry from the soaps of old, making each shower a nostalgic, yet refreshingly new experience.

I’ve been using the Himalaya Cleansing Bar and it’s a solid product. It feels gentle on the skin and does a good job cleaning without feeling harsh. I’m giving it 4 stars because it works well, though I wish it lasted a bit longer. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase

Omg i love this soap!! I’m already seeing & expecting awesome results!! The effectiveness is superb it’s thick and looks like it’ll last close to a month. My skin is remaining baby soft although sometimes certain areas are dry like my face or my legs & back. So I then just apply a light coat of moisturizer after other that does the job. I love the smell! It’s a little strong but tolerable. I really wanted turmeric but after reading up on the neem I had to have it! All natural ingredients you won’t regret this purchase, i bought mines for $2.25 a bar & boy am I lucky it is definitely worth the refreshment value. I’m doing a 3-6 month trial based on the reviews I’ve read. I suffer from various issues that I feel like this particular soap can really help me with. I go thru things annually and seasonal with my skin all my life like Summertime heat rash /breakouts, skin allergies, extremely dry skin & uneven tone you name it! I have various all year around breakouts including acne scars, oily skin, dry skin the whole 9. I’m hoping this soap can really love my skin down I’m only on day 2 using it but I’m loving the results already love the way it lathers. I can’t wait to show you guys my summertime results. I will give a picture update upon my next purchase.! You won’t regret this buy!

I first came across this soap at an Indian grocer near me... I fell in love with it! I only order it here on Amazon because that store has been out the last few times I've been by. (I buy 3-4 at a time and can't be caught without at least one on hand.) Lather this soap up and bathe/shower with an African netted sponge, and you'll get the best, most refreshing clean you've ever felt. The smell is wonderful... clean, fragrant, herbal/lemongrass, and bright. The lather (especially when used with that African netted sponge) is soft, soothing, and rich. It's made for sensitive skin and mild acne, so it should keep those monthly skin episodes to a minimum. It gets your skin fresh and thoroughly cleansed without stripping or irritating you (I have normal skin but the soap is so good, it should be the same for sensitive skin). However, if it does dry your skin a bit, use it as the first step of your shower routine — 1) this soap to cleanse/clarify, 2) whatever else you use, 3) a moisturizing body wash or bar (I like Dove's new skincare infused line of bodywashes). This soap will stay in my routine as long as it remains in production.

I like that it has neem in it, but doesn't really work for what it says. It seems like regular Ivory soap. I can't tell a difference at all between the two other than bar color, and shape. The smell is really nice. I would have given it 5 stars if it worked more like a purifying soap. I don't like companies barely adding an ingredient and calling it purifying just because they put a tiny micro-sized amount in it. Yes, Neem is absolutely amazing. But do not call this a purifying soap if it does no such thing. I was under the impression it would be more Neem than Ivory soap. Oh well. You win some, you lose some. I do still like the soap. Just don't like to be misled.

These soap bars smell amazing and leave my skin feeling fresh and soft, without stripping its natural oils while still getting you clean! 🧼✨ #Soap #Skin #Freshness #Softness

This is great, inexpensive bar soap.

I recently purchased these Himalaya soaps and face washes, and I am beyond impressed with the quality. The Nourishing Cream & Honey soap and Moisturizing Almond soap both feel luxurious on the skin, lather well, and leave my skin feeling soft and hydrated. They have a mild, pleasant fragrance that isn’t overwhelming but gives a nice refreshing feel after every use.The face washes are equally impressive. The Neem Face Wash is great for deep cleansing, leaving my skin fresh without making it too dry. The Glow Face Wash has a nice scent and makes my skin feel smooth and radiant after every wash.I also appreciate the natural ingredients used in these products, making them gentle on the skin while providing effective cleansing and nourishment. The packaging was secure, and everything arrived in perfect condition.Overall, if you’re looking for high-quality skincare with natural ingredients, I highly recommend Himalaya products. Will definitely be repurchasing!SincerelyRouzbeh Karimkhani

Agradable olor y muy buena espuma

Good quality and give your skin a glow

Love this brand for soap. The turmeric and neem one works wonders for my face. I don’t even need cleansers or anything for keeping my face clear of pimples and hives. The almond one is good as well if you want something more gentle. They do have a scent especially the turmeric one but it’s a good smell. Some reviews mentioned the scent being too strong but I find it not at all strong as my face is very sensitive to scented soap and will breakout but this soap does not do that for ME. Be mindful everyone’s skin is different and this might not be for you but definitely try it first to know! It also had some light exfoliating beads in the bar, it’s great. I did notice now that the company has changed the box design which I’m disappointed in because most of the time when products do this they never work the same anymore because they’ve also probably changed the formula ruining it’s performance. Fingers cross this company left the formula ALONE! Oh also the honey one is gross lol smells like honey lemon halls 😭 Cucumber is okay.

I left my skin soft
