Good Customer service
The couch had a blown out spring. I called the company and they sent a new one even though I had had the couch for a year and two months. Good company to work with. After having the couch for three months the seat is saggy and soft. The padding on the replacement didn't seem as good as the first one and it wore out faster. Would not purchase this product again.

Finally have a comfortable couch!!
This couch fits perfectly in our r-pod 179! Super easy to install after a video I found on an r-pod group post. Comfortable and sturdy.

Flimsy frame and color unexpected.
Overall, I give this an average rating. The frame came put together with small cheap self tapping screws. Once I replace the screws with better hardware, the frame became much sturdier. I would not call this color oatmeal. It is more of a light gray.
