Review: Problem resolved by great customer service - I got this in June. Due to family health issues, I actually didn't get time to learn how to use if for a couple of months. Finally, I got time to figure it our, and I really like it. It is NOT your grandmother's oven, but once you get the hang of it, it's good. That is until six months later, when the touch screen falls off, rendering it totally useless. The glue they used just didn't hold, and it fell off. I have contacted them, last week, and am waiting for a response. If you are thinking of purchasing one of these, I will try to keep you up to date. If you have had a similar problem, you should do your own comment. I can't imagine that I am the only one, but who knows? Stay tuned. Well, after some email issues, I made good contact with customer service. They normally require that their customers pay for return shipping after a certain period of time, but made an exception. I returned the oven and they replaced it with a new one. We did have some email issues at the beginning, somehow they could not reply to the first address I gave them, but once that was resolved all went very well. Great oven and great customer service.

Really impressed with this countertop steam oven. The preset buttons for Ferment, Yogurt, Air Fry, Dehydrate, Steam, Roast, and Bake, plus the DIY option, make it versatile and easy to use. It heats up quickly, and food comes out evenly cooked and moist. The steam function really helps prevent food from drying out. The controls are straightforward and intuitive. The size fits well on my countertop, and the stainless steel finish looks clean and modern. Overall, it has been reliable and works exactly as expected.

### ⭐ Dead on arrival

My unit arrived dead on arrival. None of the functions worked. The oven would just beep continuously. I spoke with Jose at Whynter tech support. He heard the constant beeping and said something was wrong. He said someone would get back to me. Later I received and email from Jose. He stated that I had to submit a video of the beeping. I asked him why since he heard it himself. He replied that I have to submit the video if I want any help from them. Even though the oven was dead on arrival, he wouldn't send a replacement. I contacted Amazon and they are sending a replacement. They told me not to return the defective unit. It seems like maybe there is a known problem with these. It seems like a nice oven. It's much heavier that my last oven even though it is smaller. Because of the company's inaction, I can not recommend this oven.
