Pretty good support
These insoles give pretty good support but make a lot of noise as you walk.

Finally the right fit
Been using Sole for years, but my local shop stopped carrying my style. I tried a different thickness but it was too much. I tried a different brand that was supposed to be comparable, but it was more flexible and didn't do the trick. Looking online I thought I found my regular, only to discover it was the wrong size. My style and size just seems to not exist right now... so I gave these a try.Super comfy! They are giving the right support and have slowly eliminated all the pain I was in when I didn't have tye right ones in my shoes. (I stand a lot for work so it's been rough.) These give support without being super hard - I was nervous about the materials not being sturdy enough, but they are with just enough give to cushion at the same time.

Best for me for running with plantar fasciitis
I developed plantar fasciitis, probably took about 3-4 months off running and pain was still lingering. But other exercises don't quite do it for me like running and I got a little stir crazy and had to do what I could to get back out there. These have become my go-to running inserts. Honestly, I thought cork sounded odd to me at first...it just didn't seem like the most comfortable option. But I wore these around the house to break in a little (I didn't warm in the oven after reading some other reviews) and the fit great. Still have to stretch and massage, but these make a big difference and are far better (for me) than anything else I tried, including 2 types of Powersteps. For longevity...This is a bit of a guess, but one set of these inserts probably lasts me through about 1.5-2 pairs of running shoes (Nike).

Don't know how many I have now
I have plantir fasciitis in my left foot. Found these like, ten years ago. Bake them in the oven at 200 degrees (like the directions say), put them into the shoes, put the shoes on. Will fit very well first outing, but because of the cork, will continue to fit better as time goes by. Tried the less expensive stuff - it was less expensive, but didn't work - tried these and found I do not have to spend more. These last forever - I have some3 going back eight years now. No brainer

Expensive but they work very well
Due to plantar fasciitis and other chronic foot issues, I live in the famous brand of cork footbed sandals for most of the year. I needed an option for our New England winters and opted to purchase these insoles to insert into some winter appropriate footwear (I already have them in a pair of zero drop sneakers). The arch and met support work well for my feet, better than any other insole tried to date and I have tried very many. Tried Sole brand non cork insoles but much prefer the cork version. Highly recommend.

Cork Base Causes Annoying Squeaking/Rubbing Noises
These inserts were comfortable from the start, however after a few days of wearing I noticed they were squeaking within my shoes. Each step would produce an annoying almost squishing sound if you will, and no matter the adjustments, it just wouldn't go away. I didn't notice a difference in moisture-wicking due to the cork base material.I have since returned these and purchased 2 sets of the inserts with the black rubber (Active Medium) bottom. MUCH better, no noise and very comfortable.

Don't let the price scare you
I wear a pair of Harley boots daily and no matter which insole I would buy I would get hot spots and my feet would be killing me if I walked too far in them or wore them for too long in a day. Even though these cork insoles cost significantly more than gel, foam, and other insoles, they were worth every penny. I was skeptical because they are very thin but they were comfortable from the very start and I have yet to experience any hot spots or aching feet. I'm done with experimenting with the various over-hyped gel insoles which never work as advertised and will only buy these from now on. These insoles also have very good arch support and after a couple of months of heavy use they are as comfortable as the day I started using them.

Expensive but they really help my high arches.
I have ordered several pairs of these so I would not have to switch from shoes to shoes.I originally got my first pair from a shoe store recommend by a doctor in stead of having custom orthotics made. They have definitely helped my foot pain. I'm not sure I would have known which style to get without the original recommendation.

Fabulous
I was worried these would be too thick and clumsy, but they are perfect. Fit true to size.

The only insole type that works on my running shoes
This insoles molds perfectly into my daily running shoes, it gave me good arches support and eventually relieve my foot pain. 100/100 would buy again. The only complain I have is that i hope the toe box is little wider, since my running shoe is a little bit wide despite it's regular size

Easy to prep
Follow instructions!!!Definitely provide more support to my bad foot and ankle. Actually feels like my foot is more aligned and weight is distributed more evenly

Overpriced
They work like a lot of other insoles. However they are way overpriced. The packaging is very nice but I think we’re paying for it.
