Great product for Liver and Spleen Cleanse. Even before you get the flu, I would recommend using this product to clean your liver and spleen.IF you get the flu, (along with lots of water and other modalities such as Oscillococcinum homeopathic remedy available on Amazon), use a Castor Oil pack (externally) to clean your liver for a minimum of 20 minutes. Follow the same protocol for your spleen.I had the "axe in the head kind of headache" some years ago, was the sickest I've ever been with the flu. I didn't know how I could survive it, and was about to call the Rescue Squad to get to the hospital. Instead, I called my Dr. This is the first thing recommended. 20 min. later, my headache was relieved and pretty soon thereafter, I was on my way to recovery after 3 days of intense illness.Instructions for this cleanse can be found on line, but for a quick primer, here is my method: You will create a "sandwich" of materials. Begin by placing an old hand towel on a counter. On top of the towel, place a piece of Cling Wrap like Saran Wrap. The plastic must be clear (no printing on the plastic). Next place a piece of white flannel, cotton, or hemp cloth on top of the plastic. I use old cotton undershirts or bed sheets cut into @ 7-8 inches x 6-8 inches shapes (and also keep a ziplock bag of handy cotton cloths cut to size, ready for use). Again, the cloth must be white with no dyes or printing. Next, squirt an amount Castor Oil (I squirt a zig-zag of oil) on the cloth (much like you are squirting mustard on a hot dog. Some instructions say to soak the cloth in castor oil. I effectively use much less oil, but use whatever amount works for you.)I also wear old clothes in case the castor oil leaks from the compress. Now, place the compress (towel, cling wrap, and castor oil impregnated cloth) over your liver. The liver is located under your right breast. On top of this "sandwich" I place another old towel to hold everything in place. Either use a heating pad or hot water bottle (containing hot water) over the compress of materials.Keep this in place for a minimum of 20 min. It can remain on for hours--even all night.You may or may not notice a change, but rest assured, this is an amazing and gentle method of detoxification.Once your liver is cleaned, your body is able to process toxins as you recover from illness. Immediately following my liver cleanse, I typically use the same compress to clean my spleen for another 20 min. or more. The spleen is located under the left breast on the side of the body between the chest and back.I use this product for many other maladies including external rashes of any kind. I am amazed at the efficacy of Castor Oil as a healing modality.I wish that the Edgar Cayce Foundation (Va. Beach) still produced Rectified Turpentine--another amazing remedy for other issues.

Great quality, long lasting..will store in a dark glass bottle for longer shelf life. Very thick,so very little is needed for facial care. Other purposes would obviously use much more as needed. Awesome oil. Highly recommend.

MIL says it helps with hair growth so I order it for her all the time

My last bottle lasted 10+ years. Very thick. minimal to almost no odor. I use it on heals, knees and elbows. Probably to thick for entire body. Never goes bad.
