Starship Sakira (Delphi in Space Book 1)

I enjoyed this and am looking forward to the next in the series. It pops along at a good pace and there is plenty of humour, which I found very welcome after some of the books I’ve tried to trudge through recently. It’s not particularly deep, but is good fun.

A well constructed story with some great plot twists and nice characters. A little bit too much mega money flowing around smoothing the way but otherwise very good. Looking forward to book 2.

This book is a great concept and is a great read.I'm always down for a sci-fi book but this goes beyond the normal genre. The plot pace is so quick it's like reading a Matthew Reilly Scarecrow novel. I CANNOT wait for book 2.

A mixture of a contemporary action and adventure story overlaid with believable SF. Credible characters, interesting plot twists. Highly recommended.

Excellent storyline and well explained. The story relies on the interaction with the characters with no long winded descriptions. Well worth the read.

I could not put it down and finished it in 2 sittings, bought the second in the series immediately and I am half way through that as we speak.

An interesting and unusual story line. It will be interesting to see how this is developed in subsequent books. Will definitely be reading second book in the not too distant future.

A relatively quick read that's interesting in how it deals with the idea of alien technology and how to introduce it.
