Great replacement
My house was built in 1988. It had the metal ones that have the knob that allows you to open or close the vents. They were looking rough. I didn't really care for the open/close feature and bought this one. They worked great for replacing my old ones. The color is good and they are just a nice, simple replacement. Make sure you measure correctly and that you have the same distance with the screw holes.
