Great absorbency, fit, quality
For sizing reference: I purchased size Small, I'm 5'4", and 109 lbs. 36" hips, and 26" waistI LOVE these! I wanted to make the switch to period underwear since I was a pad user anyway, and wanted to cut down on waste. I did a lot of research, reading different articles comparing different brands. I ultimately went with this brand and other because of price and review. I'm so glad I got these to compar, and I ended up buying more of this brand because I liked them so much.1. Fit: they fit high on my waist, but I love that it isn't a tight elastic band, so it is comfortable for days I'm extra bloated. They have full booty coverage, not cheeky at all.2. Absorbency: Very absorbent. The first 2 days of my period are my heaviest. I was using 3 pads each day. Now, I can use 2 pair of these on the first day instead, and usually1 pair a day the rest. The absorbency coverage comes all the way up the front and back, so there aren't any leakage issues, and I can wear at night.3. Cleaning and care: The care instructions it comes with are right on! Follow them! Use COLD water. Hot water helps blood to adhere to material, I think it has to do with proteins(don't quote me on that science), so using hot water won't clean it properly, and you may have smell issues. What I do is, when I take them off, immediately rinse until clear under cold water, then soak in clean cold water with about a cup of vinegar for 20 min. Then ring out, and let air dry a bit so they arent soaking wet when I wash them. Then, I put in the wash alone, just the underwear, on a cold water cycle, with a cup of vinegar and like 2TBS laundry sanitizer. Never dry in dryer, only hang to dry. I've been using since August of 2021 and they don't have any odor and fit the same as when I got them! These have been life changing! I no longer feel like I have a diaper on or that people could hear or see the pad outline. (I was wearing long super absorbent). I feel confident and normal during my period!

NO LEAKS!!!
These are fantastic for me! So comfy, a lot of absorbency, NO LEAKS, and not ugly. The fabric is soft and stretchy and the high waist is very nice with bloating. I've struggled with overflowing and leaks on my heavy days with the Victoria's Secret period undies as well as with pads, but not these! Last they are decently cute, the mesh is simple and modern but the simplicity is nice on your period. I've bought four of these and haven't had any issues with ripping on the mesh like I've seen some other reviewers have issues with!

Love these!
So I've tried A LOT of period underwear. She thinx, thinx for all, modibodi, goat union, and the period company to be exact. I absolutely love these and the goat union boy shorts! Here are my thoughts. My period is 8-9 days and mostly light to moderate bleeding with one or two heavy days. These are my favorite for sleeping. I had no leaks and felt very secure. I love that goat union has the extended padding in the front area. Most period underwear don't have this feature and as a stomach sleeper, it's the best design for me for sleep. The padding in the gusset to me actually feels very thin for the amount of absorbency compared to other period underwear with the same absorbency. The fabric is so soft and double layered/thicker than some other underwear, which again makes me feel it can handle leaks better and will hopefully last. The stitching seems quality to me and there are no strings or areas with stitch defects. The fit was on point for me. I am between a medium and large and usually go for large as I do not like any clothing cutting into me in any way. I ordered large and the fit is perfect. Not too snug, but also not loose. The legs don't roll up or cut into me either. My first impression was just that these are such good quality and so comfortable. And it works! I also prefer to support small, women owned business. And they test the fabric thoroughly for toxins which makes me feel safer. There are some minor cons. My biggest issue with this design is the mesh part. The stitching here is quite large and digs into my stomach when I'm bloated. Im also kind of sensitive to synthetic type fabrics and the mesh got itchy after several hours. Cute design, but I'd prefer the fabric to extend all the way to the top. These also took over 24 hours to air dry. These are definitely not the style you would want to travel with if or if youre just trying to buy a couple pairs to rotate. If you hang these with clothespins, the fabric does tend to stretch more where the clothespin is placed. So I use a lot of clothespins so the weight is more distributed or throw them over the shower rod. I also felt that the gusset in these felt wetter than some other period underwear brands, especially on heavy days. I dont mind the free bleed feeling, but if you are mostly a tampon or mentrual cup user, it might be uncomfortable for you. I also don't recommend them for anything other than sleeping or lounging. If you do anything that makes you sweat, the padding that goes all the way front to back absorbs the sweat and sticks to my somach and back and I didn't like that. So I reserve these for sleeping. I would really like to see this company expand in the future to some more day friendly designs!

Run Large
I ordered a size according to the measurements on the chart (4X), and they’re waaay too big. Having said that, I’ve worn them anyway to see how they are, just putting a proper fitting size of underwear over them. I like the way they feel; the fabric is soft and comfortable. No issue with leakage either. I’ve ordered down a couple of sizes (2x) and hope the next ones fit better. For the ones I have now, I think I’ll actually take them in on the sides just so I can still use them. So far my experience is that I’d recommend these.

Very high waist, but very high capacity
You'll want to be wary of crop tops, even in your most high-waisted pants, but if you aren't worried about showing your midriff and more concerned about avoiding leakage, these are fantastic.Pros:- Significant capacity (two cycles of heavy flows and no leaks, so I ordered a second set to not have to do laundry every day)- Machine wash cold, tumble dry low- Odor reduction (much better than pads)Cons but not deal breakers (especially if you only use these overnight):- Seat isn't terribly wide at the bottom, could be more generous for such full-coverage briefs (Aerie's boybriefs actually cover your whole backside)- Thick binding on the edges, coupled with the above can cause visible panty lines even through jeans.- VERY high waist, the last inch of which is solely aesthetic (and could go IMO)
