Using is for Cantonese Roast Pork and easy to clean for the dark burn.

Very useful
I love to grill meat in the oven.But to find that water comes out from the meat and collects in the grill pan with the meat. Therefore I try these hooks in the oven to hang up the meat during grilling in order to have a dry grill effect. They works well and of good quality, strong and durable.
