honestly dont know what it does. recently opened it to check the debris and couldnt find any. i am not sure if this is working or not. it is however is not reducing the shower speed. i am in Dubai and maybe the water is good enough thats why less debris

I have bought this to replace the Blu shower filter. We live in an area where the water quality isn't great, and the short to medium-term residue shows fine sand coloured residue. We replaced the old shower filter monthly, and even then, the dirt and residue would be beyond the filter into the shower head, and this isn't an effective filter. This unit, on the other hand, is far larger and from a known quality manufacturer. It promises 6 months of life; however, I'm willing to do it sooner. For the first few uses, it seems to work perfectly. It was easy to fit, follow the instructions, and it works well.

Honestly, I didn’t think a shower filter would make such a difference, but my skin feels way less dry and my hair is actually soft now. The chlorine smell is completely gone. Super easy to screw on, took me less than two minutes. Highly recommend!
