What are the ingredients? Does it have PPD? What chemicals does it have?

They say 100% Henna. But they must add something more to get the different colors of the Henna. Otherwise it would be reddish in color.No PPD.

Can this product be used by itself or used after the original henna (orange color)? i was told to use this one (black from indigo) after henna.

You can probably use this particular product after straight henna, or it can be used by itself too, i.e. no separate henna needed. I've experimented with different combos, and like to mix dark brown henna with regular henna, and then indigo afterwards. This has given the deepest black so far so will most likely keep this routine.

Is this going to give me a black color or a dark brown shade? If I try multiple applications will the black shade take better to give an actual black?

It darkens your hair if you use it the right way make sure to follow the instructions on the inside its helpfull to add lemon juice or another acid and let it sit out for a day or so before you put it on it's not quite black but a more dark brown but it still looks nice
