The core power elite was not one of the products that we made, but the their other products(the 20 and 28 gram protein flavors) used only cold filtered milk. Just plain milk filtered by a reverse osmosis process that simply removed water from regular milk, thus increasing all its natural goodness including protein. The biggest thing is that they taste great. The vanilla is my favorite but they all taste like straight up milkshakes. They’re delicious and filling. They make a great meal supplement. It’s way more protein than I could possibly need all at once, so I crack one in the morning and keep it in my fridge and sort of sip on it throughout the day. They have way better ingredients than similar brands and they’re so easy to grab and go when I’m sick and barely hanging in there.
