This is a beautiful book, with good colourful pictures and full instructions of the many designs.The book would be a great asset for anyone wishing to tackle this form of stitch craft and cannot be recommended highly enough.The author is Jane Nicholas who has also written many other books on similar styles of embroidery. She is very accomplished in her art and every item is beautifully finished.

The book didn't disappoint. There are some wonderful projects and the instructions are very clear. And a concise list of materials needed is also given.
