This yoga matt comes with a bag make it easier for me to carry and to keep wherever I want. Its grip is good too that keep me from slipping.It has dual textured sides and the size is also good enough to practise any type of yoga or exercise.

We were somewhat skeptic about the quality. But, when the product was delivered: it was good quality and durable material, If not better than but competitively almost equal to any expensive and branded mat. Also the skipping rope is with good quality.
