Wrong wiring.
Everything matches and a great mirror but did not include that it is wired for heated mirrors. Can't hook up electric connections but looks and works ok, just have to manually adjust.

Driver side was fine but passenger not
Driver side was perfect, easy installation and works as it should. Passenger side was broken upon arrival and just contacted company today with no response. I would say for the price, it’s better than going OEM but I’m disappointed that when I had too replace passenger side the bracket was broken. I hope the company can either send me a new one or refund partial money so I can buy a passenger side.

OEM quality but horrible mounting hardware.
So these are a good quality mirror that I doubt you would ever tell is not OEM. They are however not simply going to mount up super easy. First remove the door panel by removing the 2 top screws and the 2 lower screws then the 10mm door handle screw. Then push the door panel up from the bottom, it does not have Christmas tree push pins like older trucks these are L shaped arms so don't try to pry it off push it up. The OEM mirror is 3-10mm nuts and one connector so that's easy to remove. To install these you need to stop looking for the non existing directions first. 😁 What I did was take 2 new studs and run the OEM nut from the bottom untill it stops on the non threaded part. Once that's done hold the new mirror up to the truck and then install them on the two holes closest to the door window. Now use a 4mm socket to tighten the studs allowing the factory nuts to lock everything together like a jam nut. For the one closest to the door hinge you will need to cut off half the threads on the lower portion as that bolt is way too long. Use a 4mm socket to install that one untill it is snug but make sure your hand is on the back side of the mirror because the hole goes all the way threw and you can start pushing against the plastic. Once the stud is in reinstall factory nut and torque gently. Plug in the harness carefully (as others have said it's easy to bend the terminals I did and I was a dealership mechanic for years) check function and confirm it's moving. Before you install the door panel you will need to cut the excess part of the 2 studs by the window off as the door panel won't fit if you do not. Reinstall door panel and close gently to make sure the third stud by the hinge doesn't hit the cab. Mine didn't but better safe than sorry. I have included some pics that should help. Overall they are very nice and only took about 40 min to install. Tools I used were a P2 Phillips, 1/4" drive ratchet with 2" woble extension, 10mm socket 3/8 deep and 1/4 shallow, hacksaw or cut off wheel.

Just like OEM
My truck is 16 years old. It's in brand new condition, because I take care of it, but 16 years is 16 years. It means every part that is made of plastic has had time to become brittle, as plastic does.Backed into a pole while visiting my father in his carport, and it shattered the housing on my side view mirror. Picked up this set on Amazon to replace it.They look, feel, and are every bit as sturdy as the originals that came on the truck. And the price is so ridiculously low, that I really wasn't expecting OEM quality. I thought this was going to be a temporary solution, but I was wrong in that thought. This is a permanent solution, with mirrors just as good as the ones you replacing, for less than 150 bucks.Very pleased!!

In perfect condition. Very well packaged
UPDATE! Three years later, not a single problem! Excellent mirrors! For our 2001 Dodge Ram 2500. The mirrors arrived in 4 days, in perfect condition. Very well packaged. No directions. I searched YouTube for how to remove door panel using my truck's year and model. That was very helpful. I slid a pickle fork tool, under the door panel, to pop the clips out. I bought new door panel clips because I wanted a secure fit when the panel was put back on. I YouTube searched how to install towing mirrors for my truck's year and model. Didn't find exactly the same model but the info was helpful. It'll also help if you have another person to help, but you can do it on your own. I installed the passenger side first. Use the new bolts and brackets because the new mirrors are significantly heavier than stock mirrors. Make sure to get the double end threaded bolts all the way screwed into the mirror first, or they will be too long. No problem on the passenger side install, the power worked fine. The drivers side didn't go as smoothly. The mirror installed just fine. I hooked the electrical back up to the mirror and to the electric mirror moving motor. I did a test before installing the door panel. I was able to adjust both mirrors, but only for a moment, and then it stopped working. So did my radio and the truck's interior lights. After investigating problem, I figured out that the IOD fuse blew. The fuse panel is to the lower left of the steering wheel with the driver's door is open. The IOD fuse has a black fuse holder and it's near the center of the fuses. The broken fuse was a 10 amp so I replaced it with a 15 amp and everything was working again. Hopefully that will be a permanent fix. When reinstalling the drivers door panel, the top bolt end of the 3 bolts, that hold the mirror on, was hitting the electric mirror motor, that's inside the door panel. The door panel wouldn't fit right so I hack sawed the end of the bolt off, right at the outside of the nut. The nut end still touches the mirror motor so I made sure not to over tighten the door panel in that area. Looks fine, works great. Other than a couple modifications, the mirrors are of excellent quality, heavy and a perfect, secure fit to the outside of truck. Can't beat the price! I haven't gone for a drive yet but I don't anticipate any wobbling.
