When I became vegetarian, my iron was extremely deficient. Because my iron was so low my B12 was also extremely low. This is an amazing product that got my iron results back up as well as my B12. I have seen great results after doing more labs. It is easily digestible and non-constipating. For those who are iron deficient, I can highly recommend this, one bottle lasts for about a month. No side effects, I just feel so much better! The difference was INSANE!

This does not taste bad at all. Praying it works. It’s liquid and I feel great. Non constipated and iron pills are horrible on my stomach. Keep refrigerated after opening. Comes with cup for measuring. Good value. I feel better.

This got my iron levels up, not by a huge amount, however I like that it doesn't upset my stomach at all. I don't mind the taste, yes it tastes like iron, but I can also taste the citrus flavor, I'd actually say I like the flavor of it. I've seen people talk about it staining their teeth, I have not had that issue, it barely touches my teeth. The only downside is that it does take a little while for your iron levels to rise, and I don't really feel more energized. I really like the convenience of the liquid, and how it doesn't hurt my stomach

The product smells but the flavor really does taste just like pineapple juice. Not pineapple flavoring but the actual juice- I like it! It does have an iron taste or maybe a copper penny taste but mostly pineapple juice. I’ve only taken it 2 days now but it’s snowing outside and I’ve been outside! Im not as sensitive to it as I was a week ago. Which makes me excited because being cold has stopped me from doing so much. Swimming, playing in snow with my children, walking my pets, cleaning outside maintenance. Now I feel free. Also, I expected to get constipated.. nope! Regular :) energy levels and overall joy with life 10/10. I’ve been noticing how pretty details around my hometown are, how peaceful light coming in through the window is.. I’m so happy here. Hopefully this will increase my levels enough to get pregnant. Idk but we’ll see. Couldn’t find Geritol energy lol so I went with this.

You'd think 6ecause this comes in a GLASS container that the paccaging would 6e a whole lot 6etter than it actually was.. There was no la6eling on the paccage that would let someone know that it was a "fragile" paccage or to "handle with care".. I'm surprised the 6ottle wasn't 6roken to 6its.. It didn't come w/ the little measuring cup that usually comes w/ liquid vitamins/medicines..As for the taste, it doesn't taste 6ad 6ut there is a metallic taste to it.. If you can get past that the taste is like a fruit juice.. Adults take 2 tsp twice a day.. I'm very satisfied with the product itself 6ut the way it was paccaged is really ridiculous.. Updated review (9*8*2021) I 6egan taking this supplement Aug. 28, 2021 and in the 6eginning it gave me mild stomach cramps.. Not that I've sort of gotten used to it every time I take it I get really gassy.. Other than that the product is great..
