This product might work for some but didn't for me, gave me horrible stomach cramps and I constantly had to go to the bathroom, no regulation at all.

I have tried other Probiotics. This one is my favorite. I will order them again.

Something to consider when you're determining the value of this choice. While it is 40 billion CFU the serving size is two capsules and with 60 capsules you only have 30 total 'servings' of 40 billion CFU.I first started looking at probiotic supplements after being on a couple rounds of antibiotics to knock out something similar to strep. Antibiotics work great but they also kill the good bacteria in your stomach as well!In general shop on price for the CFU count.I received this product for testing at a substantial discount. This is a great probiotic. I occasionally have problems. This has helped me stay regular. I no longer have to struggle with the when am I going to. My belly is less bloated and no more cramping. I have tried many pills and other things such as adding yogurt and other foods for digestion. With this alone it helps.I did receive this at a discounted price for my honest unbiased review.

Have only been taking product for a few days. Have noticed I feel better. I do not feel bloated like I did prior to taking this product.
