Excellent Quality
I liked the mat with a picture of a Cow on it, showing all the different cuts of meat. Perfect size for a piece of Steak to Rest on. The instructions on how to perfectly cook a Steak are useful. I am now going to purchase the larger size to Rest a Joint of meat.

Perfect for Resting Meat
This meat resting pan is exactly what I was looking for. The wire rack keeps the meat elevated so juices don’t pool underneath, helping maintain a great crust while resting.
