Okay yes it is expensive BUT so worth it! These are not meant for every tiny pimple. These are for the horrible suckers. I had a deep marble pimple that was never going to surface. They hurt, you want to pick at them but only get bigger and more painful if you do. It took 4 of these patches but it disappeared. I had 2 zits that kept filling up after popped, but with 1 if these on each, they disappeared. Unfortunately they are out of stock so I shave resorted to others. Nexcare is great for a small pimple or black head, but that is it. I also tried micro needling by fan of I, they are basically just like nexcare but more expensive.Again, these are great for the big monsters that wont go away.

I've been trying lots of different options for cystic acne and these are the best by far that I have tried! They stay put and work amazingly on zits that are deep under the skin. I can feel a "prick" when I put them on, which I like because my skin is generally good except for the occasional deep cystic zit around my period. This is my first time using this brand and my painful zit has reduced dramatically in size (only a couple hours after applying!) and no longer hurts at all. I'll leave the patch on for at least 24 hours or until it starts peeling off (whichever comes first) although so far they're sticking really well. I haven't had this much luck with any other brands so far. I'll definitely be purchasing again!

Microneedle patches are expensive and some brands aren't effective. This is the one that so far from my Amazon searches gives the most microneedle patches (not by a lot) for its price AND IS SO EFFECTIVE! Because of the price, I only use these on zits that don't have a head. These are the BEST way to treat those underground lumps of acne. Those lil needles puncture through without any skin damage and suck up so much of zit lump in my sleep that the lump is either smaller or gone in the morning.

I've been trying a lot of these microneedle and regular pimple patches lately. I've used some more expensive ones like zit killa for my cystic acne and those do work well but are 3x the price. So I didn't have high hopes for these, but thought I would give them a try since they're much cheaper. I'm shocked at how well they worked on a couple of inflamed pimples on my forehead. Now, they weren't cystic pimples, but I thought I would give them a try and they have really calmed down. Next will be trying these on deeper zits and see if they work as well.

This will be my 5th pack of these, that’s how amazing they are. I tend to get cystic acne bumps on my chin that can last for weeks and, because I’m dark skinned, they tend to leave a scar that lingers for another few weeks. With these patches, I’ll put one on as soon as I feel the cystic bump starting to form and it will be GONE by the morning. And the best part is I get little to no scarring. This is the only thing that has ever helped my cystic acne!
