better than the large "tears"
not full of mastic dust like large tears. stays fresher with small packages. chewing is hard at first. get you a couple hard nuggets with a soft nugget, warm them and chew combining them slowly. i chew this gum every other day, alternating with another brand of jaw gum. i used these gums to quit nicotine use. i chew probably 6-8 hours a day for last 3 months. jaw is ripped. ppl noticed change after 2 weeks of full time chewing. yes your jaw will hurt. also, i have several gold crowns, none have lifted. i do not fear chewing this gum with them. keep in mind the ratio. if you get too sticky and its feeling stuck to teeth dont stress, add hard nugget and it will come back off. tastes like a tree! taste lasts way way longer than other major brand of excersize gum, but really who cares, chew a mint into it if you need flavor. its also cheaper than JL. you can chew this gum multiple days but i throw mine out each day. better addiction than coffee!

Check the directions before diving in
I saw some saying it stuck to their teeth. Read the directions, not all tears are the same hardness or stickiness. It’s best to warm a tear (chunk) up under your tongue first, if it melts like wax take it out of your mouth before biting down on it. Check another piece and if it seems harder after it warms up then add it to the softer piece. If however you do get a soft piece stuck to your teeth just throw in another piece and keep chewing. The harder stuff will eventually take the soft stuff off your teeth. The really soft pieces are in the minority in one pack. The taste is more of a subtle mild medicinal aromatic. Think very weak pine rosin taste, more like Frankincense actually. It definitely gives your jaws a workout. And if you chew it long enough, it will disintegrate. It’s perfectly safe to swallow and it won’t wrap around your insides and kill you like my grandmother used to say😄It did seem to calm my stomach and stop my acid reflux so I am definitely a fan of this stuff. If you don’t want to chew it you can put it in the freezer in a small dish and then crush it to a fine powder with the back of spoon. You can then take the powder with you favorite juice or water, preferably at least an hour before a meal.It worked for me.

love the small packages
I love mastic gum and these little packages make it very easy to give them as gifts

Some bags were good, others not so
Some bags had soft resin pieces that stick to teeth, some others turn into harsh textures after chewing. The pack lasted a while, but for the price, I expected a higher quality product.

This is an ancient supplement - Read the history of this amazing gum
I use this to keep my gut health and I enjoy its mild taste and texture. Another review here explained how you had to mix some of the softer pieces with harder pieces on occasion. Otherwise, you will end up with a hobby of getting it out of your teeth - but that's not the worst thing in the world. It is a very healthy past time in my opinion - chewing it and getting it right.
