well packed, assembly a bit of a faff, light boxes usually are. Remote control works well, to many choices for me. I just needed dimmer control, but this comes with loads of choices, great if you are shooting video. seems to me to be the complete package at a great price.

Did not receive remote control , so far have just tested using the app. I am sure it will prove to be a sound investment for close up and macro photography.

It’s so unfortunate that when I received my item it was so exciting and then I assembled it nice and easy very straight forward until it came to turning it on when I connected the cable and socket the lights was not working I followed all instructions but it was just a faulty item had to return and in the processing of waiting for a refund.

Great product. I ordered the smaller version initially but realised it was too small. Sent it back and got this one which was perfect. Had a slight issue with one of the back screens but contacted Neewer direct and got A star customer service.

All works, great value, very happy with product.

AMAZING!!! Love this product, so much versatility, use it for taking photos of the items I sell online. So glad I purchased this one! Very good size too :)
