LILLEbaby Complete Pursuit All Seasons 6-in-1 Baby Carrier, Graphite

Product arrived and looked lovely however we realised there was a button/popper that had been snapped so didn't feel safe suing it with baby. As we liked the look of it we thought maybe just just unlucky so ordered a replacementhowever when this arrived the exact same button was cracked off.Having read some other reviews since, seems other have experienced the same issues. Nice looking product but really doesn't seem up to the standard it should be.Would really not recommend.

ordered this item and it came damaged with a button off. thought id blame this on bad luck and reorder another and the 2nd item has the same button damaged!!! i can not believe it. will not be buying again and am concerned over the quality of the item if the 2 i got where broken. not happy atall

I wanted to love these carriers so badly...The back support is great, the design is really good in that you can put a newborn in one without an additional insert (which was the appeal to me) but after less than 2 months of use one of the buckles snapped. I was disappointed, but returned and bought a replacement hoping it was a one off. Then after 2 months of use AGAIN a buckle snapped on the replacement! I refuse to believe this is coincidence since it happened on both Lille carriers - to buckles in different places - both within the space of 2 months! In contrast, I’ve had an Ergo Baby carrier that I bought preloved when my eldest son was born 5 years ago, and I have used solidly for another 3 years myself, which is still in full working order. I hope Lille can invested in sturdier hardware to rectify this, and salvage what could be a brilliant carrier.

We started with a koala. That was a waste of money...We bought this one and immidiatly we love the back support. It feels almost like you don't carry a 4 kg baby in there. Great head support for little ones. Also love the fact that it offers so many positions for different ages. For the price we paid this is worth every penny. Feels very secure and comfortable. Little one loves it too. She sleeps for 3 hours inside while i can get things done around the house. We tried different carriers and this one is definitely worth it

Worst possible customer service!First item was damaged and returned, not too much of a big deal. Problem is it that it was the exact same defect as previous customers had reported.Got a replacement item only to find it had the exact same defect!So either many of the products have the same issue or the damaged item was sent back to me. Either way it's disgraceful.I would whole heartedly recommend avoiding this item.If something so simple and obvious as a broken button, which is and important part, can be missed/ ignored then it's feasible that other damaged parts have gone unnoticed /ignored.
