Seems like low quality because it's so thin but it's held up well. It's been wet, smashed flat in a suitcase, and covered in bubbles. It still looks great. I have a narrow long head and it fit great. I usually wear a size large hat.

I have a teen who wanted a top hat. He’s not particularly great at taking care of things and I didn’t want to spend a lot on something HE was likely to crush or maim.I read the reviews on this and decided to take a chance. Like others mentioned, it arrived smooshed and had to be fixed, but it seems to have bounced back well and kept its shape. It’s definitely a bit big for him but he’s thrilled and I didn’t spend a ton on something I still keep finding on the floor. However, it isn’t so big that it fits over his headphones for distance learning. Such are the trials and tribulations of kids these days.

No bells and whistle's here...just a simple inexpensive "New Year's Eve" style party top hat. It's rigid somewhat sturdy, no cushioning inside the inner rim, and cleans off easily with a damp cloth should you accidentally get dust /debris on it. At $9 bucks, you get what you pay for. That being said I'm satisfied. Was hoping it would more so resemble a typical "Steam Punk style" Top Hat but unfortunately, it looks more like a tall "Abraham Lincoln Stovepipe style" hat. If you're searching for an "authentic looking" Steam Punk style Felt Top Hat I would recommend selecting one at a higher price point, say $39 and above.To jazz this one up a bit I simply added a pair of ($4) Leegoal (TM) Vintage Steampunk Goggles Glasses Cosplay Goggles (Copper).

This hat was a little too big for my head, but that was honestly to be expected. There are a lot of mixed reviews regarding the size. Luckily, I was planning on using it for a cosplay and it fit perfectly over my wig. It's classy without being disgustingly fancy and expensive. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it.
