Works great!
These seem well built and are a perfect fit for baby to toddler. They do the job and seem comfortable (not too tight). Would recommend.

Complete Silence
I tried using it just once, and I think it blocked out all the noises. We were pretty loud, but he managed to sleep through it. Although, the first thing he did when he woke up was to pull off the headphones.
