I put it all together, read the manuals, turned the thing on - one short burst of sound, then when I went to change sessions, no sound. I checked the earbuds. They're fine. Goggles are fine. I tried connecting to the laptop for sound, no dice. I think it's the actual Limina device, not the earbuds, cables, or laptop I have. I changed the batteries. I fiddled with the sound buttons. I changed earbud ports. I clicked the earbuds. NO SOUND. I called MindPlace support and got a recording saying due to Covid, most employees are working from home and that I must send an email! I guess phones don't work in people's homes? So I found their web site and sent an email. Let's see how long it takes to get a reply and a resolution.
