Wow! It really works!
I have had very bad tennis and golf elbow for about 25 years. I always resorted to the air cast strap. I tried everything and that’s the only thing that worked. Recently, the air cast strap is no longer helping. So I took a chance and ordered this. Wow!!! That’s all I have to say. Wish I had this the last 25 years! Love that you can adjust the tightness by just twisting the dial. Very well made. Strong and worth every penny. I’m now back on the court and course! Could not play without this. Thanks for a great product!

Best tennis elbow device I have ever used
I have had tennis elbow on and off for years and have used multiple braces to help with the pain. I had one other brace that was tightened with velcro but the area that applied pressure to the muscle/tendon was a little small. This one is similar but it feels more secure the dial to adjust the pressure is a great idea. I had this type of adjustment for some sidi biking shoes years ago and was surprised to see it used for this device. It's very pricey but it's holding up well through multiple washings in the washing machine.

Truly works for medial and lateral epicondylitis
I have tried several forearm straps for medial epicondylitis (golfer's elbow) and rarely do any fit without cutting off circulation. I don't have "Popeye" forearms, but they're 14.5" circumference. The pad can be moved, it has a nice cutout to allow you to bend your arm without having it press into the bicep/elbow crease. It costs a bit more, but it seems to do the job. The BOA closure is a bit stiff and it is not as simple to put on as a traditional strap.

Falls off when working out (when you need it most)
Nice feature that you can crank up/down the tightness easily. However, when you sweat while working out it gets slick and slips down your arm. I have yet to find one that doesn't.

It says one size fits all. A little too big for me to use, as I am a small women
It is adjustable and would guess a good product unless you are a small women. I was interested in it due to tennis elbow

Like almost all Bauerfeind products, this one is another great one.
I purchased this one, the SOZO model (with BOA) and the McDavid strap (velcro). Although a little more expensive, I found this Bauerfeind model to be the very best. The BOA adjustment is the greatest. You can micro adjust the tightness to exactly where you need it. The Bauerfeind model is made of softer, slightly more flexible (slightly more give) than the SOZO model. The SOZO model and material is crazy stiff. The Bauerfeind has a little more flex and give when you bend or flex at your elbow. I also love McDavid sports medicine products too so I also purchased the McDavid velcro model. I like that one too. The McDavid model is velcro (so it will not lock into place) and is made of more spandex, stretchy material. It will have more flex and give. When lifting weights, I prefer the McDavid because I am obviously flexing and bending at my elbow joint during alot of my lifting movements. I need some pain relief, but I need a little more flex too. The advantage of the McDavid is that I can quickly undo the velcro strap between sets to give my forearms a quick break. The Bauerfeind model would be my "go to" model for people on a more day-to-day basis. But when lifting, I personally found the Bauerfeind model to be a little too rigid and too stiff (when lifting).....and releasing and re-tightening the BOA wire mechanism just is not as quick and convenient to do while resting in between sets. I developed my tennis/golf elbow from playing much more golf (and practicing) over the last several years (in my left, leading arm). While I use the McDavid elbow strap when lifting, I use the Bauerfeind model when actually playing golf because the BOA wire tightening mechanism actually provides better comfort (and long-term comfort once you have the BOA adjusted properly and "locked in"). The BOA mechanism will not (or should not) loosen once adjusted. I swear I wished they added this BOA technology in almost everything in life.

Too thick + loosens during activity
I wanted a strap for tennis elbow that attached with something other than Velcro. The Velcro ones work great but wear out quickly. This one is actually very sturdy; however, if I position the pressure pad over the affected area, the too-thick band interferes with my range of motion. Also, it does loosen during activity, and is very difficult to re-tighten with wet/sweaty hands. 🤷♀️

Worth Every Penny
First off, yes this is expensive! I took the plunge because I was sick and tired of continuing to buy the cheaper elbow braces-all shapes and sizes. The pain tennis/golf (yes-both) was not improving at all. The first time I put this brace on I was stunned at the complete support all the way round my elbow! You would think the size would be bothersome but it didn’t bother me because the pain decreased so much. Maybe, if I hadn’t waited so long to buy this brace and the pain wasn’t as bad as it had gotten, I would have found it annoying but it didn’t and hasn’t bothered me at all. I love that I can adjust the tension without fiddling with the Velcro. I wish I had found this a while ago. I have spent an awful lot of money on the cheaper, Velcro type which would have more than paid for this brace if I had just jumped in with both feet and gone with quality not quantity.
