Would it be doable to cut off the id flap if you don't want it, or would that not work well for some reason?

Why cut it. There. Are others without the ID flap and much cheaper. Buy those. I am going to do the same. I would rather not have ID flap and put my own platic ID sleeve. Makes more sense for me so that I can insert it when I need to carry more cards and remove it when I dont.

How is the wallet holding up? How is the logo Visoul done on the wallet cause it looks like it would fall off? Is the logo embroidered into the wallet

Really good wallet. I work construction and it has held up well. So far so good

What is carbon fiber leather? Is it leather stamped to look like carbon fiber?

Yes, it's leather that has the impression or imprint of Carbon Fiber. I've had mine for well over a year and it still looks great! I really liked that it is two-tone, Black on the outside and a rich Brown inside.

Is this made in China?

Yes. The wallet is made in China.
