Apple cider vinegar quality is excellent. Only issue is the bottle. Whenever you try to pour, half of it falls however you try.

My mother has been preaching to me about the benefits of apple cider vinegar for at least. 50 years. There is a lot of research and experience to support her view. So when I had a heath crisis, I saw that bottle in the cupboard and discovered something wonderful that helps my health. I need to drink more water but water wasn't fun. So I filled the cup with ice, dropped in a Nuun strawberry/lemonade electrolyte tablet and added a chug of Bragg's to it and then nice, fizzy San Pellegrino water and I have the healthiest most fun and zippy drink that's great as many times a day as I can drink it. Do some experimenting with Bragg's. It adds zip and health to lots of things. And Bragg's has no rival. It has the mother in it and it's the real stuff!
