Buyers be warned, this is a con, it is not the Self Realization Fellowship publication just a cheap imitation. There are no photographs whatsoever so you are not getting the authentic book, without the photographs, it is merely a skeleton devoid of flesh.Cheap paper, cheap everything. This should not be allowed to happen, the people responsible for this literary sacrilege should be sued for copyright. Appalling plagiarism using false pretences to fool the buyer.These people looking for financial gain at the cost of defying Yogananda's express wishes that the literature should not be tampered with or altered in any way should be ashamed of themselves.Amazon should remove this book from their sales immediately, it is a Copyright violation. Be prepared to be sued. Autobiography of a Yogi is Copyright 1946 which was renewed in 1998 by Self Realization Fellowship. Am reporting this flagrant legal breach of Copyright to Mother Centre. As soon as I opened this so called “Collectors” edition I realized I’d been conned! This is nothing but a published free copy of a public domain edition. No photographs that add so much to the story. It is printed on stock paper and no ribbon. I had previously owned a true collectors edition with gold edged pages. Buy the Blue edition or the SRF published edition. It’s a great book - but this is not up to standard!
