Weird proportions
The breeches were a nice material. But the proportions are way off! I’m 5’8 and 260lbs I wear a size 20 jeans and 3x top. The 3x breeches were suction cup right in the calves and then baggy in the waist and thighs. I have small calves and thick thighs. Also I had 4inches of extra material at the ankles and I’m tall. Unless you hike these breeches up to your chest the inseam is also way long.I know inexpensive but it’s not worth it.

Really nice quality. Very long inseam.
I ordered the Hodgsonii Women's Running Pants Riding Tights Schooling Horse Equestrian Active Workout Legging Pocket UPF50+ in a size XL. I have 45" hips, a 31" waist, and I am 5'5". These pants fit me really nicely everywhere except the length which is quite a bit too long for my legs (the waist is slightly too loose, but I am used to that kind of thing with my body proportions.)I took a chance ordering these tights, and I'm glad I did. They are really beautifully constructed. There is a flat zipper pocket on one hip that doesn't add any bulk. They're a flattering pant, and the majority of the seams are flat on the inside (I do experience a tiny bit of chafing from one of the seams but none of the others.) The smooth flat waistband feels really nice. It's comfortable, and I feel secure. I don't feel at all "exposed" in these pants. They're flattering and I could definitely wear these to ride. I normally have to wear a belt with riding pants, so I'm glad that these have belt loops. The style of this pant resembles full seat breeches, but it's just a design feature. The fabric is slick all the way around. There is no suede on the backside or legs at all. I think that for the current retail price of $28.99, these are great schooling tights, especially if you plan to wear chaps over top or something like that. The only thing I really dislike about these pants is that they appear to only come in one length, which is far too long for me. Even if worn as jodhs with short paddock boots, I'd have to probably hem these, since there is just too much extra bulk for me around the ankle. That said, it's easier for me to hem them than for someone tall to deal with pants that are too short (unless you're wearing them with tall boots) so I guess I shouldn't complain. :)All in all, really nice pants.

Nice intro riding pant
These are definitely pants, not leggings, the fabric is more formed and thicker than a legging, but that's perfect for riding. They were baggy in a couple of places and too long, so you can consider sizing down, and may also have to hem or just be ready to push them down into your boots. They don't have any suede or thicker protective gear, but that is fine for our daughter who does equine therapy and isn't riding for lengthy periods.

Great riding pants
We love them and matched them with a black sweater. Loads of compliments of how nicely they fit. Absolutely, has prevented saddle rash because the fabric is so breathable.
