This thing is amazing. I bought it because I was tired of asking my husband to lower the TV. Now he wears this thing around his neck, he hears perfectly with them and I'm next to him and I can hear through them and it's not too loud for me. So we are now both happy! The quality of the sound is incredible. I'm so happy with this.The pairing is really easy, the only thing is that the buttons are a bit tricky to use, as in, to remember which one does what, so he needs to take it off his neck to see what button to press to increase or decrease the sound or to make it so that the sounds come out of the hear buds instead of the speakers of the collar. But it probably just takes time to get used to it.It also works well with the phone as it amplifies the sound.What I haven't figured out yet is if the sound can come out of the tv and out of the neck speaker if there's more than the 2 of us.The only negative is that it seems to discharge quite rapidly, like works for 3 hrs or so. But it's ok, it is so good that it is worth having.

I like the ability to transition from Earbuds to Speakers, but neither has good sound quality that I have taken for granted (don't get me wrong, it's not terrible, but I'm used to better outputs). the only issue is the feedback it does when transitioning between the different modes (microphone picks up quite a bit). I have not been able to test the Call function, but i'll update the review when the time comes.

I am hard of hearing and have tried many different Devices and spent a lot of $$$$ only to very disappointed I have to listen to the TV very loud . But not anymore believe me I know what I’m talking about when I say this headset works great as long as your TV has Bluetooth capability also works great with my iPhone I have not yet tried it as a hearing device like they advertise when you’re in a room having a conversation but for me the most important part was it working with my TV and me not having to sit here with big bulky earphones on or earbuds plugged in to my ear with this Device I can hear my television clearly and still hear everything going on around me I can’t praise this product enough it has really changed my life in the short time that I have had it after I bought it I saw other products similar advertised like this product for less money but I don’t care because I have this product I’ve tested it I know it works so I’m not gonna send it back and take a chance that the next product for less money will work maybe. There is no doubt this product if you are hard of hearing and other people are living with you and the volume of the TV bothers them this is worth the investment ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ FYI if you don’t like things on your neck you can do like I do sometimes and put it on the arm of your chair or somewhere close to you . That being said it’s pretty light weight I have some neck problems and it doesn’t bother me at all and I watch hours of TV

It works! I love the crisp, clear and surprisingly effective stereo + surround sound. I’ve found myself turning my head to follow a sudden off-screen sound. Make sure to create your customized hearing profile in the app first, and then pair the two so the Proxy can download and accommodate your specific needs. It’s simple to use, and it stays charged through a football game plus a basketball game plus a movie. It works as well as anything I have purchased in my life. The only negative comes if you need to charge the Proxy while you are using it. The mini USB port is on the inside at the lower right and the charging cable can be in the way of a perfectly comfortable fit. It connects easily to the Bluetooth on my Sony TV and has excellent range — I can walk to the kitchen and keep listening. Please note that you can only pair one of them directly to the TV at any time. Their Bluetooth repeater with the antennas will handle two connected devices simultaneously.

Got this for my mom who is hard of hearing and insists on watching TV till 3am at max volume. Honestly more of a gift for the rest of us. We were able to set up blue tooth easily, sound quality was good. Luckily she had taken it off after 10 minutes when it made a loud “pop” noise, stopped working, and made a burning smell. Mom threatening to change the will, thinks I’m after her money!

It is a great product for my hearing, for the high frequency loss. The developer should provide some sample sounds or music for the users to download and test their products. Hope the seller can manufacture this bluetooth earphone at reasonable price too. I saw one professional set costs 5 times more than this product.
