Not good for people over 6' tall.
I am 6' 1". I found it to be a little short. The Umbrella was blocking my line of sight. The strape is not enough to hold the umbrella in place when there is a little wind. No wind and being a little shorter person, the holder works as intended

It fits
I have an old cart that has an umbrella stand attached to it - something “sun”? - but the round attachment to screw in was missing. Luckily the click gear holder fit it exactly. Yay!

So far, so good.
Easily fits (screws onto) my Sun Mountain golf cart and holds my golf umbrella fairly stable. Have only used it for sun shade so far so not sure how it will do in windy raining weather. But that's not good golf weather anyways :)
