ordered 5xl as I like baggy, this isn't 5xl its tighter than 2xl tops. decent quality but the sizes aren't standard uk

I bought this as a gift for a LP fan because it is supposed to be official. The product description says 'Officially branded merchandise with all authorised licensor branding, packaging and labelling' but when it arrived it lacks any licensor packaging or labelling. It just appears to be a cheap, generic black tshirt that's been printed on. Really disappointed. Wish I'd checked Absolute Cult on Trustpilot first.Edit: did receive fairly quick response from customer service. I disagree with their response - simply put, the licensor labelling isn't on the tshirt. They might have the legal authority to replace the labelling with their own but they should just say that on the product description to avoid customer disappointment.
