Excellent hot sauce, extreme heat!
My favorite peppers/sauces are those created with the Ghost, Jolokia,Trinidad, Habanero peppers. My wife and I recently stayed in Grand Case, St. Martin. At all our favorite restaurants and Lolo's on the island - this sauce was on the table. I was hooked! Other than CA John's in Columbus OH, I haven't found a better tasting hot sauce than the Matouk's Soca. As soon as we returned home my wife ordered every bottle she could find (that offered Amazon Prime shipping). She also ordered the Matouk Hot Pepper and Flambeau sauces - both have a similar flavor and heat - but the Soca would definitely be my first choice/recommendation.

Matouk's Milder Sauce
I like Matouk's sauces for flavor & heat. I rate this a Mild heat in their lines of sauces. That being said, it is still a favorite!

Very good, Matouks calypso is still by far my favorite, the soca seems to have a sort of sweet fruity undertone to it or something. I will stick to calypso but this was good for a change, better than the Flambeau in my opinion (and FYI I like the salsa picante the least of all the matouks.

Yumm. Matouk's Soca Hot Sauce
This is one tasty hot sauce. It is my first experience with "Scotch Bonnet Peppers". I love it. It is fantastic on ham and eggs on toast(my favotite), soups and on sandwiches. The "Soca" is not as popular or available as other Matouk's sauces, but it should be. It is hot, but has an amazingly addictive flavor. Not for people who think ketchup is spicy. This is a for real hot sauce that will keep you wanting more and more.

REAL NICE & TASTY
I love this hot sauce! You dont need much to feel the sweet hotness, but just one drop for a plate of food, and I use 4 droops for a pot of food. I will do more, but my husband is learning to love spicy foods :-). Oh, and it's soooo flavorful!

Not as good as Matouk Calypso
Ok, but just ok. Not as good as Matouk Calypso, which has the same basic ingredients - scotch bonnet and mustard - but which has a better, more complex, more mustard weighted flavour. Why bother making a scotch bonnet and mustard sauce such as Matouk Soca if you can't hardly taste the mustard in it? Low medium heat range, don't know where the 'extreme' heat ratings come from, outer space maybe.
