Castlevania Judgment

Since the Wii first came out, I had been waiting for Castlevania to be released. This game takes the 13 most popular characters from the series (Dracula, Alucard, Simon, Carmilla, Cornell,Grant, Maria, Trevor, Eric, Golem, Death, Shanoa, and Sypha) and adds a new character, Aeon, to a fighting game. Some people dislike this game because it is a 3D game and isn't a classic travel through the castle and kill dracula kind of game. Others also say its wrong to mix these characters together. Personaly. I think it's good to have a different type of Castlevania. If you can get over the fact that this a completely new style of gameplay, this an amazing addition to the series. Another cool feature to this game is that you can play with friends. This is a first for the Castlevania series that really does enhance the play.One more thing to say: the Wii remotes are terrible for this game. They are way to hard to maneuver. I found them impossible to use and went back to using the Gamecube controller. Once I figured out to use the old controller, I really loved the game.

Bought this game for my daughter for Christmas. She almost had me return it, because she didn't think she would like it. Well, it was a win for mom. She plays this game every night and loves it. Great gift for a Wii gamer who loves Castlevania.

I can call this a pleasant surprise again I was just searching around for some different game to play when I came across Castlevania Judgement I got to be honest I didn't really read what the game was I just made an assumption that was wrong that was your typical Castlevania game turn down of course to be a fight game kind of like Mortal Kombat but as I started playing it I loved it it became extremely addictive there's a lot to do with tons of different characters each one of them with their own path to take and all kinds of other modes to play even if you don't play it online the single-player adventures and modes are extremely entertaining and we'll have you playing this game for a long time to come

I don't really feel like taking the time to write a review for this, so here goes a short one. I like this game a lot. It is not a favorite but it is a worthy purchase for the Wii. If you like fighting games, I almost guarantee you will like this title. If you liked past Castlevania games, you will most likely like this title. If you like both, buy this title. This is a good party game for two players at a time as well. If you don't like fighters or swinging your arms, do not buy this title.

I felt awkward playing this game at first. The controls were uncomfortable and the gameplay felt like an uninspired Soul Calibur rip-off. I honestly didn't think I'd keep it. But something kept me playing; maybe it was the cheesy but stylish graphics, or the over-the-top special moves; or maybe it was the novelty of having a fighting game with Castlevania characters. But despite ending my first session with a grimaced face, I came back every few days or so to try and figure out why it was still in my collection. After about a half-dozen sessions, I got into 'the groove' and started enjoying the game.You can either use the Wiimote with nunchuck or GC controller. Personally, I found the best control scheme came from using a PS2 controller via an adapter. Although when I use the Wiimote with nunchuck I feel more involved with the game and it feels more action-packed, my effectiveness declines due to the placement of buttons and limited control schemes available thru the options menu.One strange thing about this game is that it doesn't automatically make you face your opponent; you can turn your back to them, run away, miss attacks due to being just a degree off, etc. It certainly made things a bit more difficult.This isn't pick-up-and-play type game. To extract any level of enjoyment, you will probably need to go thru the training mode and manual. Not that it's necessarily a difficult game; it's just that the controls are quite awkward and very different from traditional fighting games and take some getting used to.'Judgment' is not by any means a groundbreaking game. Compared to contemporary fighters, it is quite average and bland. But if you are a fan of retro games and don't mind 6th gen-type graphics, give CJ some time and you will most likely enjoy it at some level.

I did not buy this game when it originally came out, because I like the story lines in the regular Castlevania games. My 3 year old grandson came across this title when googleing Castlevania, and asked me why I did not have the game, so I purchased it as he considers the Boss Fights in the regular games to be the most fun. Now, I love this game. You can just fight, and fight, and you don't have to solve anything or go anywhere in some specific order. It's just great!! This review is from a 61 year young grandmother who has been playing Nintendo since it came out, and playing video games since Atari and Colecovision.

El pedido llegó un día antes, sobre el producto la verdad no esperaba encontrarlo en pleno 2021 y sellado de fábrica, el precio está súper bien, en un futuro puede que valga más, así que aprovecha que este título no se encuentra fácil.

Precintado de fábrica, buen ítem para los coleccionistas, en un tiempo este juego va a valer bastante al estar nuevo

crei que jamas tendria este juego lo busque por todas partes asta que lo vi en amazon X)es lo que queria un juego de peleas decente para el wiilo recomiendo para todos lo que les gusten los juegos de luchas y mas de castlevaniallego en tiempo y forma y lo mejor es que es nuevo :D hahaha

En principio me la pensé en comprarme el juego, pero la verdad una vez que vi que lo vendía Amazon USA, me anime, y pues la verdad fue una muy buena compra por que este juego ya no lo encuentro muy fácil mente y al precio en que lo conseguí especialmente eso, y sobre la paquetería llego una semana antes de lo mencionado y eso me gusto mucho.
