Q: Has anyone had problems down the road with the zippers jamming or breaking? They seem pretty cheap.

I have had this bag for almost a year and no issues with zippers. I use it as my daily teaching bag and zip/unzip most compartments several times a day.

Q: Do items fall out of the tissue dispenser pocket? I want to use the pocket for non-tissue items, but don't want them to slip thru the dispenser slot.

i usually stick my car keys in there... haven't fallen out yet. The flaps close pretty well. I wouldn't put a bunch of small things in there though.

Q: Could I iron on patches to this bag without damaging the fabric?

The patterned flip cover cannot be ironed with an iron, but it can be heated with a hair dryer, and the temperature should not be too high. In addition to the patterned flip, you can use an iron to iron in other places, and the temperature should not be too high.

Q: Do you have to charge the power bank?

You have to have a power bank that you connect to the backpack. It is not included with the backpack.
