Works as advertised
I used this while swimming after an ACL repair surgery. It worked exactly as described - kept my legs afloat and kept me from having to or wanting to kick, while still getting a decent swim workout. It fit my 5'10" body easily, and I'm sure it'd fit just about any avg size adult perfectly.

My kids and I all prefer this type of leg buoy to the ones with the straps. We appreciate that there are no straps to dig into our skin and like that these are so smooth and comfortable. We range from age 8 through adult in our house and everyone of all ages is able to easily use these.

Getting back into the swim of things
I had a pool built this last summer. I need it for exercise due to multiple spinal surgeries. The Speedo Pull Buoy made it possible for me to ease back into swimming due to the size and the fact it stays afloat. This allows me to work on my arms without exhausting my legs and/or back at the same time .

Solid pull buoy for swim drills
I use this regularly for certain swim drills and it works exactly as expected. Comfortable to hold, doesn’t slip, and helps isolate the legs for a better upper-body workout. Great training tool.
