Q: I usually need a 9 narrow, would the 9B work since it has stretch on top?

I usually wear a 9.5 N. Because of recent foot surgery, on certain shoes the medium fit better. Not with this shoe. The 9.5 N fit perfectly. I would go with a N if that is what you normally wear. You might consider ordering them in both sizes & use the 7 day trial which is what I did.

Q: Are the scandals true to size?

Yes, the shoes are true to size. I never have any sizing trouble with Clark's shoes.

Q: if you push up under the toes, does it bend easily or is it rigid?

It is not rigid. It is flexible, but not super flexible. It is the greatest shoe and I’m getting ready to buy my third pair.
