Is not good for FedEx
The vendor forgot to provide the information that the dry ice label will not be under the size requirements for FedEx, so if anyone is planning to buy this label for your shipments, then do yourself a favor and avoid it!

Sticks well. Good size
Until recently, we’ve just been printing up copies of these hazard placards, filling them out, and taping the heck out of them with clear packing tape. This is a much more efficient and professional way to label our packages when shipping.

Declaration on tag is incorrect says 22lbs =1kg its suppose to be 2lbs =1kg…

The label should be 2.2lbs equal 1kg not 22lbs =1kg.
