Taste so good and healthy!
I am please with the quality of Gondre. You can smell the scent of Gondre soon after soaking it in the water. I tried it with different method, where I put some on top of the rice before cooking it and as a side dish. Both ways are so flavorful and easy to cook. I recommend seasoning it with soy sauce, bit of salt, and sesame oil and maybe some crushed garlic. I wish I can find more variety of Korean dried greens on amazon.

I got products with molds on!
I opened it to cook, and then i noticed it is covered with mold :( i bought two bags and both of them are with mold! I would like it to get fully refund please!!

Excellent Gondre Bibimbap!!!
Like Korea's representative bibimbap, gondre vegetables are also a delicacy. The dried gondre has a tough stem and should be soaked for at least half a day. Then blanch in boiling water for about 30 minutes. If you mix sesame oil and soy sauce after making softened gondre with rice, it becomes a very fragrant and delicious gondre bibimbap.Try it now!
